With over 20 years of experience in safety consulting, Ben knows that safety is an integral part of Australian business success. The establishment of Compliance OH&S in 2004 allowed Ben to instil a passion for safety into the clients who he has been able to assist over the years. Ben works across a wide range of industries where he provides expert advice regarding WHS, environment, quality, risk assessments, hazardous substance management, traffic management consulting, incident investigation, and more.

Both degree and experience qualified, Ben leads the team at Compliance OH&S to assist companies in Australia and New Zealand enhance compliance to the legislation.

Andrew Saunders – National Manager – Safety (WHSEQ Lead Auditor qualified)

Andrew is an ambitious safety professional with a focus on improving WHS knowledge for clients through training and providing timely WHS advice. With a wealth of experience in a wide range of industries including warehousing, logistics and construction, making him an integral part of the Compliance OH&S team.

James is an outcome-driven individual with a passion to assist clients in achieving compliance to Work Health and Safety Legislation in their workplace. His experience in WHSEQ management are in construction, mining, crane suppliers, demolition and electrical. James has achieved Workplace Drug and Alcohol Tester training.

Becky is a highly organised and efficient Administration Assistant. Becky has over 10 years Administration experience and has a background in Social Work and Medical Reception/Practice Management. Becky provides support to the Safety Consultants and attends to the administrative needs of the business.

Nicole Knox – Training and Education Manager

After commencing a career and completing nursing qualifications, Nicole has developed a passion for clinical education, which guided her decision to pursue a career in Academia. She has continued in the path of education and has worked in several Universities in Sydney. Her role has included unit coordination, teaching, research and Work Health and Safety.
