Training and Education Manager
Benjamin initially worked in occupational rehabilitation following the completion of his degree in Occupational Therapy. Further study in Work Health and Safety led to the establishment of Compliance OH&S in 2004.
Over the past 10 years Benjamin has worked across most industries providing expert advice in WHS. Benjamin is an accredited RABQSA Lead Auditor for WHSMS, QMS & EMS. The main focus of the business is in development of safety systems, training and project management.
Nicole began her nursing career as a personal care assistance in an aged care facility. Following the completion of her nursing qualifications the majority of Nicole’s nursing career has been in critical care nursing and nursing education.
Nicole has enjoyed clinical education, which guided her decision to pursue a career in Academia. She has continued in the path of education and has worked in several Universities in Sydney. Her role has included unit coordination, teaching, research and Work Health and Safety.
National Manager- Safety
Andrew is an ambitious safety professional with a focus on improving WHS knowledge for clients through training and providing timely WHS advice.
Andrew has completed a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) degree at the University of Wollongong, followed by a Masters of Science (Occupational Health and Safety).
Andrew has previously worked within the transport and warehousing industry as a Safety Manager, providing WHS assistance to a number of facilities throughout the New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland regions.
Throughout his career Andrew has developed strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust and influence people at all levels within an organisation.
Senior Safety Consultant
James is an outcome-driven individual with a passion to ensure clients adhere to Work Health and Safety Legislation in the workplace.
James has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Wollongong.
James has previously worked with Qantas Airways as a Safety Graduate whilst completing his graduate diploma in WHS at the University of Wollongong.
James is currently completing his Masters in WHS specialising in Risk Management. James has worked as a Safety Consultant at Compliance OH&S since 2016 and is a qualified Workplace Drug and Alcohol Tester.
Irena is a highly organised, motivated and passionate safety professional.
Irena believes that safety and injury/illness preventions play a major role in peoples lives and to the success of businesses, hence striving to achieve a zero harm approach for all clients.
Irena has completed a degree in the Bachelor of Science, Nutrition, at the University of Wollongong, followed by a post-graduate degree in the Master of Workplace Health & Safety, at the University of Newcastle.
Irena has worked at Compliance OH&S since 2017 as a Safety Consultant, bringing experience in the roads and bridges Maintenance and Construction Industries.
Irena's strengths are in Safety Advising, Management Systems Development, Injury Management and Workers Compensation, Ergonomics and Safety Auditing.
Jeff is a well-disciplined, efficient, diligent and objective-driven professional who strives to guide organisations in achieving their WHS goals and improving WHS performance.
Jeff has over 13 years of experience in managing safety in defence, maritime, shipbuilding and chemical manufacturing industries. Jeff has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management majoring in Organisation. Currently, Jeff is completing his Masters in WHS Advanced, at the University of Wollongong, specialising in Risk Management.
Jeff enjoys researching organisational behaviour and safety culture, and trusts that an effective safety management system is the key to everyone getting home safe.
James is a committed safety professional who understands that continuous improvement in health and safety produces good outcomes for both workers and employers.
After completing a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Resource Management) at the University of NSW, James completed his Master of Work Health and Safety at the University of Wollongong, specialising in Occupational Hygiene.
Prior to joining Compliance OH&S, James worked in operational safety within the emergency services sector, and in diverse WHS consulting roles. James has extensive qualifications and experience complementing his expertise in WHS, including in fire and emergency response, asbestos assessment, and as an ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) Lead Investigator.
As a driven safety professional, Lauren strongly believes the most important part of work is returning home safe and healthy at the end of the day. Lauren works closely with clients to ensure they share the same passion, instilling this belief onto their workers.
Lauren has completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management at the University of Wollongong. Lauren previously worked in Human Resources for a major property valuation company which allowed her to refine her communication and consulting skills, as well as provide her with a solid understanding of legislation and its application.
Exposure to safety over this period sourced a passion for Work Health and Safety. This passion has led her to pursue her Masters in Work Health and Safety at the University of Newcastle.
Luke is a enthusiastic and motivated safety professional, who has a passion for assisting others by any means possible.
Luke has obtained a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the university of Wollongong, followed by a Diploma of Work Health and Safety.
Luke begun working with Compliance OH&S in 2020 as a Safety Consultant and has brought on board a customer driven mindset that he carried over from his past workplace experiences. He has vast experience in both injury management as well as consultation and training.
